HAIR CARE/ WEAVE MAINTENANCE PLEASE READ:

Mizani Confiderm Scalp Oil is best to put on your scalp before getting a sew-in or putting a wig on. Don’t neglect your natural tresses underneath your weave. Nourish your scalp to avoid itchiness and prevent flakes from settling in with a moisturizing scalp oil.

Bobby Pins are your best friend if you’ve styled your weave into pop’n curls. Pin curl your hair before bed and secure them with bobby pins. This method reduces excessive use of curling irons, which can damage your hair.
TREAT YOUR WEAVE HOW YOU WOULD TREAT YOUR HAIR. We are in 2018 sis no more damaging our hair & curl patterns with heat.

Before styling your hair with thermal tools, apply a heat protectant to prevent heat damage and frayed strands.

Wash your weave every 1 to 2 weeks using a sulfate free shampoo. Sulfate-free shampoo reduces inflammation of the scalp and retains moisture and natural oils so you don’t have to worry about brittle hair. OGX Sulfate-Free Hydrating Macadamia Oil Conditioner is the best conditioner for our hair and all of their other hair care products. Be mindful to condition your extensions on wash day as well.

FOR CURLY HAIR please leave conditioner & oil in your hair for the best curl pattern & shine. It's best to wash/wet hair everyday if you don't feel like two strand twisting it the night before.

DO NOT LEAVE CONDITIONER IN WAVE OR STRAIGHT HAIR!

Before bed, wrap your hair in a silky scarf to prevent your weave from frizzing and tangling. Sleep on a satin pillowcase to avoid frizzing and matting.

For combing and detangling your weave, use a wide tooth comb to prevent breakage and shedding. Start at the ends and work your way up. Use a boar bristle brush to keep your stands soft and manageable. Boar bristles also help to distribute natural oils evenly throughout your hair, creating a natural shine.
